Owners find it easy to lodge defects via our system Blogix or via your own system. Owners log their defects with the Building Manager who collates the information and forwards to the Developer/Builder to rectify.

During the handover period, before the builder has left the site, the PBMG Building Manager begins to compile a report of visual defects via Blogix, resulting in the majority being closed off prior to handover.
Working with the Builder to address items in a timely fashion thus demonstrating progress, resulting in less likelihood of owners or the Strata Manager seeking legal representation.
