Over two years ago, I was part of the team conducting tender evaluation and due diligence for the provision of Building Management and Cleaning Services to South Village, a substantial development comprising three residential stratas with a total of 779 apartments, a commercial precinct, and a proposed Local Council Library.
Following a comprehensive review of the options, Rocco’s proposal from PACIFIC BMG stood out. It included a Senior Building Manager, a junior Building Manager, and a dedicated full-time handyman. After careful consideration, PACIFIC BMG was awarded the contract for both Building Management and Cleaning services. It was one of the best decisions we’ve made.
