- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of residents at all times
- Maintain a high level of customer service with all residents and stakeholders
- Assist the Building Manager with administrative tasks where required.
- Ensure the lobby area is properly maintained and clean to an acceptable and presentable level.
- Distribute any relevant notices to the residents when required.
- Communicate all updates and requirements regularly with the Building Manager and report any concerns and/or issues
- Monitor the entry & exits of guests to assist in managing over-crowding within apartments or any possible short-term leasing.
- Report any hazards, incidents to Building Manager.
- Assist contractors on site with access and site instructions.
- Maintain and update resident registration forms on new and existing residents.
- Maintain the resident move in and move out forms and documentation
- Monitor visitor car space usage for the building.
